About me
Hi! My name is Anuruddha Jayasinghe (Anu for short). I’m a Product Designer who lives in NYC and loves building products that have a positive impact on the people who use them. I studied Industrial Design at Carnegie Mellon University where I became obsessed with finding the balance between the art and science of design. I’m currently working at Publicis Sapient as a Design Lead and have worked across many industries and types of products. On the side I do freelance work for early stage startups and volunteer at local education organizations. Aside from work you’ll find me diving into rabbit holes about anything related to urban design, history, transportation, and climate. One of my latest obsessions is the fact that NYC has dedicated ships to move processed sewage around the city.
